Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton is part of the Abbey Street mixed-use redevelopment that will include a residential component alongside workspaces a large cinema complex a food hall and landscaped public spaces. The hotel features 145 rooms meeting space and a fitness centre.
Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton is an important addition to this ambitious town centre redevelopment and will support the growth of Nuneaton as a regional business and leisure hub.

This is a part time maternity cover position - 20 hours week

As a Guest Service Agent Nights you will serve in the Front Office & Food & Beverage departments to provide services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and assist with Bar and Restaurant duties. A Guest Service Agent truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and therefore are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What will I be doing
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests including check in/out and complete audit procedures as required
- Ensure that the Guest Service Supervisor is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and or other departments
- Responsible fortaking and delivering food and drinks orders demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories room rates packages promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
- Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Follow company brand standards
What are we looking for
