Salary: 25000 per annum

We are looking for a proactive and efficient Lettings Administrator to join a busy office in Slough. This role is central to the smooth running of the lettings operation ensuring properties remain compliant tenants are properly referenced and landlord relationships are well managed.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Supporting the Lettings Team with day-to-day administration
  • Booking property viewings and liaising with prospective tenants
  • Coordinating tenant referencing and application processing
  • Ensuring all properties meet legal compliance requirements
  • Arranging maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Maintaining accurate communication records and systems
  • Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience as an Administrator Lettings Assistant or in customer service
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail and a positive professional attitude
  • IT literate and comfortable using digital systems
  • Resilient and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
