Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Partner-Level
Location: Leeds City Centre or Moortown Flexible Hybrid Working
Salary: 45000 DOE Bonus Excellent Benefits

The Role

You will join a thriving Residential Conveyancing department working within a team-based structure that pairs experienced conveyancers with senior conveyancing assistants to ensure a smooth high-quality service for clients.

As a senior member of the team you will:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

  • Handle complex freehold leasehold and shared ownership matters independently

  • Conduct title reviews resolve legal issues and advise on Help to Buy and other schemes

  • Act as a point of expertise and leadership within the team

  • Work closely with clients agents lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth timely transactions

  • Maintain accurate updates on internal systems and client portals

What Were Looking For

  • 6 years strong experience in residential conveyancing

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads independently

  • High standards of accuracy compliance and client service

  • Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive solution-driven approach and a desire to contribute to team success

  • Leadership potential with an interest in mentoring or developing others
