Research Analyst Corporate Intelligence & Investigations
London


A specialist intelligence firm is seeking a highly motivated entry-level Research Analyst to join its team in London. The role involves conducting in-depth open-source research and preparing written reports to support due diligence disputes and litigation-related investigations across global markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong research and writing skills an international outlook and an interest in financial crime reputational risk and geopolitical affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct open-source research using a wide range of online tools specialist databases and public records sources.
  • Collect and interpret human intelligence and third-party insights where required.
  • Analyse findings and present them in clear concise and well-structured narrative reports.
  • Work under the supervision of senior case managers and support with ad hoc research tasks across diverse jurisdictions and industries.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong written English with the ability to present complex information logically and clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset and strong research instincts.
  • Effective problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A high degree of adaptability and independence.
  • Professional proficiency in a second language is a strong advantageespecially Arabic Italian Portuguese Russian or German.
  • Demonstrated interest in global business regulatory issues international affairs or financial crime.
  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree from a reputable institution.
