OVERVIEW OF THE DEPARTMENT/SECTION
BSD (Business Strategy Development) team work within the front office supporting the management and execution of business objectives. Working closely with heads of businesses and support partners across multiple functions to facilitate the growth of the business.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our Sales and Trading team in London. This role involves supporting trading operations ensuring smooth execution of business strategies managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing process efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets expertise in credit and equities products preferred and the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities in a dynamic high-pressure environment.
