How youll make an impact:
As the Employee Relations Lead EMEA youll be instrumental in defining and advancing our global ER strategy ensuring it aligns closely with our talent and business priorities. In this role youll help craft our scalable approach to employee relations lead initiatives that have a broad and lasting impact and oversee complex ER matters across EMEA. Youll work closely with cross-functional partners in Legal and People to ensure compliance with local employment legislation promote a positive employee experience and support leaders in handling sensitive workplace issues with confidence and care.
