Job Description

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies andorganisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. Weprovide vital workplace support for people working in some of the mostisolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold minesin the Australian Outback.

The Position

  • Team Leadership and hands on execution of our specialised mine site cleaning services and also residential cleaning.
  • Delivering consistent operational cleaning performance - Great People Management skills.
  • Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance in all aspects of the role
  • Staff engagement and development modelling positive working relationships at all levels. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Systems or possible experience with SAMS is preferred.
  • Driving regular and sustainable continual improvement opportunities and in liaison with Project Managers ensuring the development of teams in Operational excellence and achievement of all applicable KPIs.

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years experience in cleaning supervisory position(s) is essential.
  • Demonstrable cleaning experience in heavy industrial or remote environments is desirable.
  • Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to motivate teams. Ability to be hands on when required.
  • Experience in delivering on cleaning project deadlines with competing priorities. Highly organised.
  • Manual drivers license is essential along with a Current Police Check.
