The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Customer Engineering organization has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Mid-Level Staff Analyst in Renton WA or Everett WA. The position is 100% on-site and travel between our Renton WA and Everett WA sites will be required.
Primary responsibilities:
- Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Delivers informational or technical materials.
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
- Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
- Develops and deploys localized training content.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- 1 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
- 1 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
- Experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to Senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Experience building positive relationships collaborating effectively and communicating clearly.
- Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.
