Job Description
Universal Destinations & Experiences Internship Program:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Strategy Intern will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experiences of Universal Orlando Resort & Universal Studios Hollywood Guests. This position involves analyzing insights and proposing solutions to design prioritize and implement impactful customer experiences throughout the consumer journey. The intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of how various cross-functional teams including eCommerce CRM and UX/UI collaborate to optimize and transform lead generation data capture website and mobile app functionality and digital communications.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes data-driven insights and recommend solutions to optimize consumer journeys creating user stories for both the website and mobile app.
- Actively contributes to cross-functional team meetings aiding in the development of programs for New Prospects Trip Conversion and Booked Guests.
- Assists in design-thinking based ideation sessions to re-imagine the future of our Guest experiences.
- Develops presentations capture feedback from introspective sessions and help lead weekly work sessions.
- Researches and stays updated on best practices and trends in Digital Customer Experience across various industries.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Marketing Business Communication Experience Design or similar.

- This internship will be an in-person experience based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
