About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Application Manager to takeownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) andensure it supports and evolves with the needs of the business.

To succeed in this role youll need a deep understandingof ERP systems a curious and proactive mindset and the ability to see boththe bigger picture and the finer details. Youll be part of the IT organizationand work closely with the supply chain team and other department heads actingas a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You should be ableto analyze business requirements make strategic decisions and also have theskills to adjust and develop the system yourself when needed.

Initially your focus will be on the implementation andupgrade project working alongside project managers internal teams andexternal partners. During this phase it is essential that you quickly gain athorough understanding of the system processes and business to take long-termownership of the ERP system once the upgrade is complete.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop Dynamics 365 F&O ensuring optimalfunctionality and continuous development in line with business needs
• Oversee integrations and system development managingconnections with other business-critical systems such as EDI CRM e-commerceand Power BI
• Drive process improvements working with superusers andprocess owners to analyze business needs and identify opportunities to optimizeprocesses and enhance the ERP system
• Provide support and training acting as a subject matterexpert for superusers and process owners across the organization
• Document procedures and integrations
• Lead future initiatives and integrate additional systemsin the next phases of the ERP project

Were looking for someone who:

Has a solid understanding of business processes withinsupply chain and finance brings an analytical and solution-oriented mindsetand actively seeks opportunities for improvement. You have strong communicationskills and the ability to translate business needs into effective technicalsolutions.

You also bring:

• A university degree in information systems or a technicaleducation with a focus on business systems and/or supply chain
• 35 years of experience in ERP system management anddevelopment with technical understanding of ERP architecture and systemintegrations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O is astrong advantage
• Knowledge of EDI BI systems (e.g. Power BI orQlikSense) and warehouse/production modules is a plus
• Experience in project management and change management
• Fluency in English both written and spoken proficiencyin Swedish or Norwegian is a plus
