Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the client portfolio within the assigned region (Transylvania)
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Coordinate and support the team of field sales agents in the territory
Prepare sales plans and monitor monthly/quarterly targets
Participate in negotiations prepare commercial offers and finalize contracts
Monitor the market and competition; produce regular analysis and reports
Requirements:
Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a technical or industrial field
University degree (preferably in a technical or economic discipline)
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
Willingness to travel frequently within the region
Valid driving license (category B)
