Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze technical documentation received from clients (requests for quotation project specifications etc.)
Prepare technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales department
Perform quantity and price calculations; develop optimal technical solutions
Communicate with suppliers to obtain necessary information (pricing lead times)
Participate in tender processes and support the offer presentation to the client when required
Track the status of offers and update them accordingly
Requirements:
University degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering Installations Industrial Engineering etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering or a technical role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word); AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
Good communication and teamwork abilities
