We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to help drive the development of a portfolio of innovative cloud-based software products. In this role you will help define and execute product strategies that serve a range of business and technical stakeholders. As part of a cross-functional team you will partner closely with engineering design and executive leadership to deliver impactful products that support the growth of multiple business ventures.
Product Strategy: Contribute to product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals and customer demands.
Customer Focus: Serve as the voice of the customer ensuring end-user needs are reflected throughout the product lifecycle.
Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain product roadmaps managing priorities and ensuring alignment across internal teams.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify product opportunities and market trends through research customer feedback and competitor evaluation.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear actionable product requirements and user stories.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across engineering operations design and business teams to support development launch and iteration of products.
Performance Monitoring: Track product performance through usage metrics and KPIs; drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively define mitigation strategies to maintain delivery velocity and product quality.
Experience: 7 years of product management experience ideally in SaaS cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
Cloud Acumen: Experience working with cloud-native technologies or cloud-based products particularly those aimed at technical users.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and translate complex requirements into technical deliverables.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills grounded in data analysis.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead without authority manage ambiguity and rally teams around a common vision.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated success in building products that solve real customer problems and drive measurable value.
Education: Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated experience in a relevant technical or business domain.
