SchoolBus2.0 is an innovative digital solution aimed at transforming school transportation. We upgrade traditional school buses with cutting-edge technology to improve safety efficiency and convenience. Our solution includes features like real-time School Bus tracking CCTV cameras biometric attendance and motion sensors all accessible through a user-friendly app. We strive to make school transportation safer smarter and more transparent for schools parents and students.

As a government-funded startup We are incubated by top institutions such as NSRCEL IIM Bangalore Riidl Somaiya Vidyavihar Mumbai SRIX Hyderabad Magic Ch. Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad). Our solutions are designed to address the growing need for safer school transportation providing both real-time monitoring and a more digital-first experience for parents and school administrators alike.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive your role will focus on driving B2B sales of SchoolBus2.0 s digital solutions to educational institutions. This is a 100 commission-based role offering uncapped earnings based on your performance. You will be responsible for reaching out to school decision-makers pitching our product closing deals and maintaining client relationships all while enjoying the flexibility of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Engage with school administrators and decision-makers to pitch and sell SchoolBus2.0 s digital solutions.
  • Product Demos & Meetings: Visit schools for product demos meetings and to build long-term relationships.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through your efforts ensuring a steady flow of revenue.
  • Leads & CRM Management: Work with the leads provided by us and maintain CRM records to track progress.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback and market trends to adapt and refine your sales strategies.

Key Skills:
  • Strong communication persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently manage your schedule and close sales.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (optional but preferred).

Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Preferred: relevant certifications in Sales.
  • Experience: 0-10 years of sales experience preferably in B2B EdTech or related industries.

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver s license and access to a two-wheeler (with helmet) or a four-wheeler.
