HR Recruiter
Location: Indore (Full-time Work From Office) Behind C21 Mall Vijay Nagar
Experience: 6 month to 3 years
Job Description:
- Screening resumes.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
- Source potential candidates from various job portals/social channels (e.g. #Naukri #LinkedIn #Indeed #Shine .
- Understand and summarize the candidates key strengths liabilities and requirements. - Self-starter motivated and detailed/results-oriented.
- Advertise job openings on Job boards the company s careers page and social media.
- Database Management
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Screening resumes.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
