Job Description
Were looking for charismatic and articulate individuals to be the face of FirstClub engaging with customers sharing our passion for premium and gourmet products and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. In addition to customer engagement you ll also drive brand activations creating experiences that bring FirstClub s identity to life whether through in-store interactions exclusive events or strategic partnerships.
If you have 3 to 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles love talking about great products and thrive in a fast-paced environment we d love to have you on board!
Location: Sarjapur Bangalore.
What You ll Do:
Be the Voice of FirstClub Engage with customers understand their needs and communicate our brand s essence effortlessly.
Product Evangelist Talk about our products with passion and depth helping customers discover the best we have to offer.
Customer Delight Build relationships solve queries and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Brand Representation Embody the values and personality of FirstClub in every customer touchpoint.
