Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background to lead the delivery of large-scale development projects specifically focusing on CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives ensuring timely delivery stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
Develop and manage detailed project plans allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery within budget. - Team Management:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers QA business analysts and external vendors to drive project success. - CRM Implementation:
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics) aligning system capabilities with business needs. - Risk Management:
Identify evaluate and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies. - Stakeholder Management:
Maintain regular communication with project sponsors business users and senior leadership to report progress manage expectations and handle change requests. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through ongoing reviews documentation checks and testing oversight. - Budgeting and Cost Control:
Monitor and control project budgets ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and managing variances proactively.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. - Experience:
7 10 years of project management experience with a focus on technology-driven projects preferably involving CRM platforms. - Certifications:
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification. - Skills:
- Expertise in project management methodologies: Agile Waterfall or Hybrid.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of SDLC software deployment processes and QA practices.
- Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams drive decisions and deliver under pressure in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (e.g. Jenkins Docker CI/CD pipelines).
- Background in business analysis including requirements gathering and functional documentation.
