Job Description

Were Hiring: Business Development Executive (Architecture & Interior Design)
Job Details:
  • Location: South Delhi
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Qualification: or a relevant degree Master s in Contract Management
  • Industry: Project Management Interior Design Architecture

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for drafting negotiating and managing contracts ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks. This role requires strong coordination with clients consultants and internal teams to facilitate smooth project .

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management & Risk Mitigation
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts to ensure legal compliance.
  • Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements.
  • Ensure the firm is protected from potential liabilities.
Project Coordination & Client Communication
  • Understand client objectives and manage expectations through clear communication.
  • Provide timely project progress updates and obtain necessary approvals for changes.
  • Set clear expectations with internal team members and external consultants.
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure seamless project .
  • Identify project risks and escalate them to senior management when required.
Organizational Alignment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies SOPs and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and project leads.
  • Uphold the organizations values quality standards and working methodologies.
Learning & Development
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to meet quality expectations.
  • Attend designated training sessions to enhance professional growth.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.
  • Ability to analyze project scope timelines and costs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced drafting skills preferred).
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality output.
