Job Overview:
SSB Media is looking for a talented Video Editor with at least 2 years of experience in editing YouTube videos preferably in the documentary genre. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and other professional video editing software. This is a full-time office-based role in Gurgaon (Monday Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality documentary-style videos for our YouTube channel ensuring compelling storytelling and engaging visuals.
- Work with raw footage voiceovers and graphics to produce professional-grade content.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and other editing tools for seamless video production.
- Enhance videos with sound design color correction and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters designers and content strategists to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure consistency in style pacing and branding across all video content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and YouTube content strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing for YouTube/documentary content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and other video editing software.
- Solid understanding of storytelling pacing transitions and visual composition.
- Hands-on experience in color correction sound design and motion graphics.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Media Film Animation or equivalent).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Work from Office).
