Overview
The Medical Officer (RMOs) position for an MBBS doctor in Hajipur Bihar is a critical role within our healthcare establishment responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients. The RMO will actively engage in clinical assessments diagnosis and management of various health conditions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.

- Provide emergency medical care as required.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options.

- Participate in medical education and training programs.
- Assist in the development of standardized protocols and guidelines.
- Engage in community health initiatives and awareness programs.
- Assist in conducting medical research and clinical trials.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and case discussions.
- Support hospital staff in emergency drills and preparedness training.
- Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Indian Medical Council (IMC).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of medical ethics and patient privacy laws.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records.
- Ability to perform minor surgical procedures.
- Knowledge of pharmacology and medication management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and growth.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail in clinical documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
