As a SailPoint Developer you will:
- Lead and participate in the installation integration and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) across enterprise environments.
- Onboard applications using Webservice and SCIM connectors.
- Develop and customize connectors aggregation rules and provisioning rules to meet business-specific requirements.
- Build and configure access certifications custom workflows and lifecycle events such as Joiner Mover Leaver (JML).
- Customize SailPoint UI using JavaScript and HTML.
- Implement notification configurations and approval models for identity access requests.
- Modify out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflows to align with client requirements.
- Work with enterprise systems such as Active Directory SAP Salesforce and Workday.
- Drive and contribute to continuous improvement projects for enhanced process efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of total experience in the IT domain with minimum 3 5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint development.
- Proficient in Java BeanShell/JavaScript JSP/Servlets and SQL.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience working with Rest APIs SCIM Postman client and identity connectors.
- Familiarity with XML SPML/SOAP web/application servers and HTML.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle MySQL MSSQL and Sybase.
- Hands-on with both Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
- Knowledge of directories like LDAP and Active Directory.
- Exposure to enterprise applications (SAP PeopleSoft Workday) is a plus.
- Familiarity with identity provisioning systems like Sun Oracle IBM or Novell is desirable.
You should possess the ability to:
- Analyze and implement complex workflows and access models.
- Troubleshoot enterprise identity systems and recommend scalable solutions.
- Independently drive application onboarding and customization tasks.
- Mentor team members on less complex tasks and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.
- Translate business requirements into technical workflows and configurations.
