Job Description
The hiring company is a leading distributor of luxury premium and lifestyle brands across Asia. With over 150 prestigious brands in its portfolio the company provides an exciting and dynamic environment to contribute to its growth in the Cosmetics Beauty and Retail sector.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Work closely with other finance teams to manage reporting compliance and controls.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies procedures and regulatory standards.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional offices to enhance financial processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Liaise with tax agents to facilitate annual tax submissions.
- Manage cash flow budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide financial analysis and assist with business planning.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or a relevant Professional Certificate (fully or partially).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the retail industry.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and computerized accounting systems.
- A positive self-motivated individual with strong multitasking abilities in a challenging environment.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and local tax compliance.
