About the position
The Human Resource (HR) Associate reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resources Unit and provide frontline customer support to all staff who require access to general human resource services. This position will be located in Alliance Regional Office in Nairobi Kenya or Kampala Uganda
Key duties & responsibilities
This position is a nationally recruited position based in either Nairobi Kenya or Kampala Uganda. The initial contract will be for one (1) year subject to a probation period of three months and is renewable depending on performance and availability of resources.
This position is graded at BG06 level in a scale of BG01 to BG14 (BG14 being the highest level according to the Alliance job classification framework policy).
