Job Description
Im currently working with a well-established financial services firm to appoint a Head of 1st Line Financial Risk and Liquidity Management. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a collaborative regulated environment offering broad strategic exposure team management and ownership of liquidity capital and treasury processes.
Role Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead daily cash and liquidity monitoring forecasting and client deposit oversight
- Own and develop the firm s ICARAP process working closely with internal and group stakeholders
- Deliver enhancements aligned with EBA/SREP liquidity risk guidelines
- Oversee a high-performing treasury team and work closely with outsourced partners
- Drive improvements in the treasury operating model risk controls and client asset adherence
The Person:
- 7 years experience in financial services ideally within a regulated investment or banking environment
- Strong ICAAP/ICARAP and liquidity risk knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables lookups formulas)
- Leadership experience and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
