Rayda helps remote businesses with remote/distributed teams buy manage and retrieve IT equipment for their teams. Our mission is to increase the lifespan of IT assets reduce e-waste and promote sustainability globally across 170 countries. We are backed by leading investors and operate across multiple markets.
The Role
We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial MBA Associate to support and lead initiatives in Business Development and Partnerships with a focus on international expansion strategic outreach and growth partnerships.
You ll work directly with the founders and gain exposure to strategic decision-making investor interactions and partner engagements.
What You ll Do
Identify research and evaluate new business and partnership opportunities
Help define BD strategy across the business
Support partnership outreach pitch material creation and market analysis
Represent Rayda in partner meetings or industry events (remote or virtual)
Collaborate with the leadership team on go-to-market execution
Requirements
Enrolled in a United States-based MBA program
Strong interest in startups sustainability and global markets
Analytical self-directed and collaborative
Background in consulting tech strategy or partnerships a plus
