Our client a company in the logistics sector is seeking to hire a Logistics Administrative Officer who will play a vital role in the daily operations reporting and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with 1 3 years of experience in logistics or administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit daily loading and operational reports in a timely and accurate mann
- Process container cards and ensure submission to the Invoicing/Accounts department within 24 hours.
- Provide structured operational updates to internal teams (via WhatsApp groups) and clients (via email/WhatsApp).
- Manage and track Truck Delivery Orders (TDOs) including key data such as issuance/expiry dates truck details and client information.
- Book trucks on the ETO platform and ensure seamless merging with TDOs.
- Coordinate daily operational planning and truck utilization to meet weekly trip targets.
- Compile and send truck position reports twice daily (8:30 AM and 6:30 PM).
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Mathematics Logistics Management or related fields.
1 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Fast smart and responsive to instructions with sound judgment and initiative.
