Looking to sharpen your operational skills and live in one of the worlds most vibrant entrepreneurial hubs
EX Venture Academy invites you to Bali for a hands-on Operations Internship where youll learn the real-world mechanics of startup operations while collaborating with some of the most exciting companies in climate tech circular economy and AI including trailblazers like Zero X.
This 4 to 6-month unpaid internship is based on-site in Bali offering an immersive learning experience in a fast-paced international environment. Standout candidates may be awarded scholarships!
What Youll Do:
Support day-to-day operations and workflows across multiple startup teams
Learn and implement AI-driven project management tools and automation systems
Assist in tracking KPIs project milestones and resource planning
Coordinate documentation reports and internal task boards
Help streamline internal processes and propose efficiency improvements
Participate in meetings events and startup activities hosted by the Academy
What Were Looking For:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business Management Operations or related programs
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Clear communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional international teams
Familiar with tools like Microsoft Office Trello Asana Notion Airtable
Fluency in English is required; German or Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
Proactive curious and excited to help build systems that drive real-world innovation
