Seeking Motivational Keynote Speaker candidates with relevant Education And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education And Academia Sector Clients such as R1ESC.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Motivational   Functional Area / PWS Section / Swim Lane Professional - Motivational   Position; however ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

• Deliver dynamic engaging keynote speeches that inspire educators students and administrators.
• Customize messages to align with R1ESCs mission and current educational themes.
• Encourage personal growth leadership and resilience among audiences.
• Engage with participants during and post-event when required.

Qualifications :

Proven track record as a motivational speaker in educational or corporate settings.

Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Communication Education or related field (Masters preferred).

5 years of public speaking or coaching experience.

Experience working with educational institutions or youth programs preferred.

Skills Required
