The Graphic Designer in the Creative Agency plays a vital role in adapting and creating compelling visuals: illustrations and marketing assets to drive engagement and support marketing strategies across various channels. This includes creating promotional materials for user acquisition campaigns social media in-game events branding initiatives and merchandise. The designer collaborates with multiple stakeholders including marketing live operations and user acquisition teams to ensure visuals align with creative briefs and enhance the player experience.
Working under the guidance of the Creative Agency Lead the designer brings creativity precision and innovation to every project.
Qualifications :
- A strong sense of creativity and innovation;
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Web Pack);
- Strong composition & layout skills;
- Ability to independently manage the entire creative process from asset preparation to final delivery while adhering to a creative brief;
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong artistic sensibilities a keen eye for detail and a passion for constantly innovating and exploring new techniques;
- A willingness to learn about game-engine content manipulation;
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects;
- An online portfolio and/or demo reel which must be included with your application.
Pluses:
- Passion and experience working in video games;
- Bachelors / College Degree in Graphic Design / Art / Creative Multimedia is recommended;

Responsibilities:
Design and Production
- Create high-quality 2D designs for various marketing purposes including banners social media graphics app store images and promotional materials;
- Design and adapt visuals for in-game content such as icons splash screens and event banners;
- Develop creative assets for cross-promotions user acquisition campaigns and advertising platforms;
- Create branding materials such as logos infographics presentations and event-specific designs like posters and merchandise;
- Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platform or format including print and digital channels;
- Able to use and combine the technical skills creativity and attention to detail to adapt to diverse styles and project needs.
Communication
- Incorporate client feedback (lead/internal teams/licensor) and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time;
- Adapt quickly to feedback from stakeholders including marketing legal and licensing teams ensuring the final product aligns with requirements;
- Participate in meetings and consistently contribute fresh creative ideas;
- Provide input into the creative direction shaping the overall narrative and tone of 2D assets.
Consistency & Guidelines
- Learn and adhere to artistic IP and licensing guidelines;
- Ensure brand consistency across 2D materials maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative style across campaigns and platforms;
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Organization & Reporting
- Manage and organize design files ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use;
- Prepare final deliverables in various formats ready for deployment across platforms like social media app stores or print;
- Monitor the performance of static ads and collaborate with internal teams to improve results by providing insights and recommendations.
Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends design tools and emerging technologies to bring innovative techniques to the projects;
- Propose creative solutions to improve the quality and engagement of marketing materials.
