The Role:
Are you organized detail-oriented and tech-savvy Were looking for a Temporary AP Archive Conversion Technician to support our Finance department by digitizing financial records and ensuring data accuracy for timely vendor payments and audit readiness.
The Hours:
- PT 20-25 hours a week
- Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00-As available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and index invoices and financial documents into our electronic records system
- Prioritize document processing to align with weekly check runs and disbursements
- Ensure accuracy of vendor info invoice numbers dates and fiscal year labels
- Work closely with Accounts Payable staff to resolve any inconsistencies or missing data
- Provide input on process improvements and technology enhancements

Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Experience with invoice scanning systems or financial platforms preferred.
