Job Description
Vuori is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of photo and video assets. In this key role you will ensure the integrity and organization of our DAM platforms Brandfolder while acting as a vital link between Marketing Creative and other departments stakeholders.
The DAM Specialist will be responsible for managing assets from creation through distribution ensuring everything is accurately tagged consistently aligned with brand and quality standards and easily accessible to stakeholders. This role is essential to optimizing workflows for asset creation review and deliverydriving efficiency and enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
What youll get to do:
- Support the organization collection import tagging distribution and archival of still and video assets.
- Provide guidance and training on DAM best practices to ensure all teams are using the system effectively.
- Facilitate the collection of digital assets from internal and external sources.
- Maintain quality control for all asset deliverables against brand standards.
- Manage folder structure hierarchy enforce file format standards and manage final file naming conventions.
- Maintain post-production communication for smooth delivery of all finalized assets
- Escalate related issues and identify solutions to adapt growing creative needs
- Partner with Producers Creative teams and Project managers.
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- 2 years of experience as a digital asset librarian or digital technician supporting creative asset production.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management (DAM) systems including metadata organization and schema development.
- Hands-on experience with DAM platforms such as Brandfolder Bynder Aprimo or Orange Logic.
- Proficient in front-end data administration file conversion metadata manipulation and API integration.
- Familiarity with digital rights management and legal/operational considerations for creative assets.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $70000 per year - $85000 per year.
