You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Manager Lounge Development Strategy is responsible for shaping and delivering Qantas lounge investment strategy across our regional domestic and international network. Leading the capital investment planning process you will work with key stakeholders such as Commercial Airports Group Leasing Group Property and Lounge Service Design and Development to build robust business cases that balance customer benefit capital spend commercial outcomes and delivery timelines. The role is also responsible for defining the overarching lounge design strategy using customer operational and commercial insights to inform consistent design standards across all lounge tiers. This includes working with Industrial Design partners and Architects to set requirements for palette furniture and functionality to ensure a cohesive premium customer experience aligned with the Qantas brand.
