Qantas Loyaltys Growth & Strategy team lead the sourcing prioritisation and development of business priorities. As the Senior Commercial Manager you will also support the existing Qantas Loyalty businesses to deliver continuous product and service innovation.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for optimising growth across our Health General and Travel Insurance businesses. Youll take a data-led approach to reviewing and analysing the performance of our Qantas Insurance points design and offerparticularly earn and burn rate and lead the development of our points acquisition and pricing strategies to drive sustained business growth.
This role also serves as the commercial lead for the Qantas Wellbeing App. You will work closely with chapter leads to shape the apps revenue and cost model influence the development roadmap and manage relationships with our insurance partners to ensure alignment and delivery of commercial objectives.
In addition youll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to Qantas points offerings. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk management frameworks and processes ensuring they remain effective and fit-for-purpose in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.
