The Sr. Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial strategy business growth and operational excellence. This person will oversee a team of 4-5 finance and accounting professionals ensuring accurate financial reporting insightful analysis and data-driven decision-making. Sr. Finance Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 finance and accounting professionals fostering growth and high performance.
- Develop and refine financial models and KPI dashboards that provide visibility into company performance.
- Analyze financial statements operational metrics and business trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that drive business success.
- Improve and streamline financial processes reporting structures and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Influence cross-functional teams by translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and financial best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications :
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a related field with at least
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting forecasting and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and business intelligence tools (Power BI Tableau or similar).
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP NetSuite Oracle or similar).
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information :
Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Plano TX are encouraged to apply.
