Additional Information:
- This is a permanent full-time hourly position (Non-exempt) at 23.00 hourly
- Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd. Miami FL 33138
- This role participates in our hybrid schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
- This role will be expected to travel locally 20% of the time to our Distribution Center located at 3151 NW 125th Street Miami FL 33167
Major Duties Include:
IT Support:
- Provides technical support for hardware software and network-related issues via helpdesk troubleshoot ticket system with low and medium priority
- Troubleshoots system failures (tier 1) application errors and network issues escalating complex problems when necessary (to tier 2 and up)
- Collaborates with vendors and service providers for specific requests on equipment software licenses and IT services
- Responsible for the onboarding of team members following the designated SOP and updating current team members computers by configuring the pcs laptops cellphone iPads and other applications
- Assists and supports the installation of computer hardware computer software MFP peripherals desktop telephony and mobile devices for our Headquarters Distribution Center remote and outside sales team
- Resolves technical problems by identifying analyzing prioritizing and finding solutions
- Synchronizes representative contacts in Outlook
- Helps to maintain and replace the network Infrastructure cabling ports UPC Devices etc.
Proactive Projects:
- Maintains and updates company software ensuring licenses are up to date and team members have access to necessary tools
- Creates and maintains documentation for all supported systems
- Maintains all pcs laptops cellphone iPads and laptops on regular basis
- Schedules repairs for equipment such as phone system or copier
- Assists with asset management of IT equipment including maintaining inventory levels labeling and tracking equipment and submitting orders to replenish stock
Other Duties:
- Oversees all in-house audio and visual setup needs for all events ensuring flawless execution and optimal performance
- Installs and administrates resolves all issues with the VoIP phone system for team members
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Promotes our FOH Culture in all interactions
Qualifications :
Education Experience & Computer Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College coursework in Computer Science Information Technology field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in IT support and/ or related experience training equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft & Windows 10 & 11 applications
- Knowledge in Mac OS
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and active directory
- Proficient with IOS mobile devices
- Troubleshooting computer hardware and software
- Strong understanding in the area of technical support and ticketing system management.
- Concept knowledge of VPN setup and operations
- Concept knowledge of Wireless (Wi-Fi) protocols and security
