You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailRobert Bosch Power Tool Kft. is looking for a Coordinator of Warehouse Fleet and Eqipment to strenthen its team in newly established Eastern-European Distribution Center (EEDC) in Miskolc Hungary.
Tasks:
Overseeing the warehouses logistics vehicle fleet and other equipment ensuring efficient operations
Tracking vehicle usage monitoring and optimization fleet utilization analysis to find improvement potentials
Fleet and Equipment maintenance and repair scheduling creating damage reports coordination and control of repairs
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Follow-up relevant budget elaborate cost-saving strategies
Taking part in purchasing tenders of warehouse fleet and equipment managing purchasing requests of the warehouse
Representative of warehouse towards site facility management department
Management of related KPIs analysis of relevant data preparation of reports
Participation in process-improvement projects
Verification of service fulfilment and relevant invoices
Qualifications :
BSc in economics logistics or engineering
Minimum of 2-year experience in facility- or fleet management or project management
Good organizational- time-management- and analytical skills aim to meet deadlines
Process oriented thinking and structured precise working attitude
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good sense of technique (ability to understand equipment used in warehouse being able to negotiate technical problems)
Active English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)
Experience in purchasing of equipment and fleets is an advantage
Knowledge of ERP systems (esp. SAP) is an advantage
