Reporting to our President the Vice President Americas & Global Industries will drive significant quarter-over-quarter revenue growth developing & executing on customer and partner acquisition development and retention strategies. You will directly lead our extensive commercial organization across the US Canada Central and South America and drive long term success with a focus on strategic development coaching and building on Coheres presence. In addition you will coordinate our global industry verticals establishing and transferring deep experience and expertise between partners and customers around the world. In this leadership role you will be pivotal in cultivating and guiding our commercial teams to surpass revenue targets & organizational goals.

As our Vice President Americas & Global Industries you will:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead all efforts across 2 continents. Develop lead and execute on a go-to-market regional and industry vertical growth strategy & strategic sales plan driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Team Development: Mentor and lead high-performance commercial teams enhancing their skills and capabilities to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Product Public Sector and Engineering teams to align commercial efforts with company objectives.

  • Customer and Partner Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships directly with your team and C-level enterprise level clients/client prospects and partners to ensure Coheres success. Identify and pursue new business opportunities negotiating and closing high-value commercial relationships.

  • Project Management: Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for enterprise level project implementations. Maintain strong client engagement throughout project lifecycles.

  • Brand Ambassador: Represent at industry events conferences & networking opportunities and with regulators & government agencies

  • Market Analysis: Report on market trends opportunities client & partner needs and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

This career opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:

  • MUST HAVE: 15 years of experience managing a team of Director level reports

  • MUST HAVE: Strong experiences leading a team focussed on delivering 7-8 figure average deal sizes

  • 15 years of experience driving revenue growth leading large complex and relationship-driven go-to-market efforts and solutions sales teams for a technology-focused organization system integrator or consultancy.

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level consultative solution sales and business development efforts coupled with a strong understanding of GTM strategy customer success and resource allocation.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels.

  • Track record of successfully partnering with consulting firms systems integrators and enterprise level clients including pitching negotiation and closing deals.

  • Well-established network of senior-level contacts across sectors.

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently roll-up sleeves and drive impact as a builder.

  • Experience in AI or a related industry is highly desirable.
