HRIS Systems Analyst
W2 Contract
Seattle WA (Hybrid)
Heres how youll become a key player with this opportunity:
Were looking for a resourceful and detail-savvy HRIS Systems Analyst / Project Lead to support a high-impact Paycor optimization initiative. This project-based role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to improve systems and streamline operationsespecially in payroll and HR tech.
The primary focus will be unlocking the full potential of our Paycor Payroll module. While formal project management credentials arent required were looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership systems thinking and the ability to drive cross-functional work forward.
Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Support Payroll System Enhancements:Partner with internal teams and Paycor consultants to build out and refine payroll configurations for a more efficient setup.
- Streamline & Automate Workflows:Assess current gaps and manual steps in payroll processes proposing smarter ways to automate and simplify.
- Coordinate Across Teams:Work closely with Finance and HR stakeholders to ensure systems align with business needs.
- Test Validate Troubleshoot:Ensure new configurations are working as intended with clean data and minimal disruptions.
- Enable Team Adoption:Help create documentation support rollout and equip teams with the knowledge they need for a smooth transition.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- 35 years of experience supporting HRIS and/or payroll systems preferably with Paycor or comparable platforms
- Solid grasp of payroll operations compliance and data integrity
- Ability to connect the dots between business needs and system capabilities
- High attention to detail with a knack for navigating fast-paced project environments
- Strong communicator and a natural collaborator
