Note:This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Franklin TN office.Note:You must have at least 6 years of construction estimating experience with 2 of those years in healthcare construction and be located in the greater Nashville area. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Lead the entire preconstruction process for healthcare facility projects
- Develop and present competitive bids budgets and cost estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to shape project strategies
- Prepare and deliver winning presentations for project interviews
- Analyze risks and ensure alignment with operational and financial goals
- Maintain and report accurate cost history and project data
- Contribute to design review and value engineering efforts
- Support business development by maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating with 2 of those years in healthcare construction
- Experience in the Nashville TN market is required
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in construction estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Able to read construction documents and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs
- Strong communication presentation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local construction methods and subcontractor market
- Valid drivers license
