Were seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to join our growing team! Your Impact as a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor
In this role you will:
Lead the Team: Hire train evaluate and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Schedule Efficiently: Plan department schedules in line with census and labor budget requirements.
Manage Inventory: Order and maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies while staying within budget.
Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and oversee duties such as mopping dusting polishing vacuuming and disinfecting to maintain a sanitary environment.
Inspect and Monitor: Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper sanitation infection control and adherence to cleanliness standards.
Train Staff: Provide job-specific training and enforce proper laundry and cleaning techniques to prevent infection and maintain hygiene.
Support Operations: Stock supply rooms and oversee the consistent delivery of clean linen and personal laundry.
