Description of the role:
The Childcare Director at The Sapling School in Kendall Park NJ plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and management of our childcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with staff to create engaging and educational programs for children.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
- Hire train and supervise staff members.

- Manage budgets and financial operations.
- Manage the Universal Preschool
- Knowledge in Grow NJ
- Communicate effectively with parents and families.
Requirements:
- Director experience in a corporate childcare center.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of state regulations for childcare facilities.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
