Position Summary:
Freedom Chevrolet is looking for a dependable detail-oriented Dealership Office Coordinator to join our team in Fremont MI. This role is essential to the daily operations of the dealership providing front-line customer service handling cashier responsibilities and supporting administrative and accounting functions. The ideal candidate is professional organized and enjoys working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments
Handle customer payments issue receipts and balance the cash drawer daily
Process basic accounting tasks including data entry invoice posting and payment recording
Assist with vehicle deal paperwork and filing
Support office and department managers with clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and document organization
Prepare and sort mail and internal correspondence
Keep the front desk and office areas clean and well-stocked
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative cashier or customer service role (dealership experience a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Comfortable learning dealership software (training provided)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Dependable punctual and team-oriented
