SUMMARY Performs public interactions around park rules public safety and hospitality assistance. Performs facility inspections and light maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected. Ensuring and (if need be) correcting customer behavior in regard to City ordinances ensuring customers have a positive experience liaison w/ SBPD as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES PREFERRED Security safety de-escalation techniques hospitality and customer assistance.
CERTIFICATES LICENSE REGISTRATION: Valid Drivers License.
EQUIPMENT Golf cart cell phone iPad camera custodial tools and misc. hand tools.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet and moderately loud in the field. The employee is frequently exposed to cold wet and humid conditions. Smoke free environment.
