Psychology Graduate Reading Support Assistant

Hackney London September 2025 Start 444513 per week (incl. holiday pay)

What does a Reading Support Assistant do

As a Psychology graduate Reading Support Assistant you will:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group reading interventions tailored to different learning styles.

  • Support pupils with reading challenges including those with dyslexia ADHD and SEN.

  • Build pupils confidence motivation and engagement with literacy.

  • Work closely with teachers SENCOs and parents to offer well-rounded support.

  • Use your psychology background to understand behaviour learning differences and emotional needs.
