Salary: Up to 65k base (DOE) Uncapped Commission OTE 100k

With a strong track record and a substantial database of active property developers theyre now expanding their Buy to Let offering and they need a confident relationship-driven broker to take the lead.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert leads from the internal specialist finance teams.
- Deliver bespoke BTL solutions from standard purchases to complex portfolio deals.
- Build strong lasting relationships with developer clients.
- Liaise with lenders to negotiate and secure competitive terms.
- Keep up to date with market trends and lender criteria.
About You:
- Proven experience in BTL mortgage broking (CeMAP or equivalent required).
- Strong understanding of the specialist finance landscape.
- Comfortable handling complex high-value BTL cases.
- Commercially savvy and confident engaging with property professionals.
- Motivated target-driven and relationship-focused.
