Reporting to the VP of Global Growth your mission will be to run like a high performing product driving traffic optimizing conversion ensuring security and compliance and accelerating pipeline growth.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:
Own as a product: define and deliver the website roadmap aligned to revenue pipeline and brand growth.
Lead design development deployment QA and compliance for all major web projects and enhancements.
Execute a website redesign that beats previous performance
Prioritize features SEO initiatives CRO experiments technical upgrades and platform improvements based on business impact.
Manage web analytics personalization tools and experimentation frameworks to optimize the full funnel performance.
Act as the primary bridge between Marketing Product Sales and Engineering to ensure web initiatives drive real business outcomes.
Ensure global compliance
Own and improve core web KPIs including traffic engagement conversion rates MQL generation and influenced revenue.
Implement scalable and secure deployment processes in collaboration with engineering partners.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing Lifecycle Content and RevOps teams to launch integrated growth campaigns and standard reporting dashboards for web performance
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
68 years of experience in Growth Web Product Management or Performance Marketing Operations roles ideally in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience owning and scaling high-traffic revenue-driving websites.
Deep expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web experimentation.
Strong technical understanding of modern web stacks
Familiarity with CMS platforms like HubSpot and marketing tech tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar Salesforce)
Working knowledge of privacy compliance and accessibility standards relevant to global websites.
Outstanding program management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and at scale.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize performance data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and confidence working closely with senior stakeholders across product and commercial teams.
Self-starter mentality. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and move fast.
