About This Role
Join CAEs Business Aviation Training team as Sales Strategy Analyst (EMEAA) at our Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill West Sussex. With 16 Flight Simulators on-site and an active live-training environment you will be a key contributor supporting our Business Aviation Training business across the EMEAA region.
The role we are offering you
As a key member of the Revenue Management team you will play a crucial role in providing the EMEAA Sales team with the strategic insights and data necessary to achieve their goals and measure performance. You will collaborate with business leaders at all levels to identify strategic priorities uncover revenue opportunities and develop scalable actionable solutions. Additionally you will work closely with the America team members to ensure alignment and harmonization of best practices.

Location:
The full-time and permanent role is based at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill West operate a hybrid working approach with minimum 2 days in the office. The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday 39 hours a week.
As this role doesnt provide visa sponsorship all candidates must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
