Job Summary
Supports business development projects and strategic initiatives across the organization providing project management process improvement and acquisition and interpretation of data. Produces and collects relevant financial clinical and market data necessary for projects. Collaborates with key stakeholders to maintain current record of progress toward execution of strategic initiatives. Assists in development of business cases and plans and evaluation of external business development opportunities to the full range of strategic enterprise initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Experience -5 years of professional experience
Education -Bachelors Degree in related field

Data Analysis:
Assists in development of business cases and plans and evaluation of external business development opportunities to the full range of strategic enterprise initiatives.
Produces and collects relevant financial clinical and market data necessary for projects.
Participates as part of the team in evaluating and solving problems utilizing business intelligence combined with deeper analysis of those areas.
Benchmarks metrics to national regional local organization specific and other recognized benchmarks including modeling the business units for achievement of desired benchmarks.
Conducts market analysis of offerings with competitors or parallel industries to illustrate how we compare with the broader market.
Works with current systems such as Power BI Stratajazz Epic and other systems to mine data and analyze and report on data essential to the management of business development projects.
Project Management/Performance Improvement:
Collaborates with key stakeholders to maintain current record of progress toward execution of strategic initiatives.
Participates with various FMOL teams in developing gap analyses and action plans to gap reductions.
Analyzes Our Lady of the Lakes current offerings and maps them to new development projects identifying gaps and opportunities.
Coordinate regular meetings with key stakeholders to track progress of strategic initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Develop executive level presentations for visual representation of analyses.
Provides administrative support for strategy marketing and business development functions.
