ECT Primary Teacher / Early Career Teacher KS1 or KS2 - SN4

What Youll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning
- Contribute to curriculum development and take ownership of a subject area
- Use assessment to set ambitious achievable targets for pupil progress
- Maintain a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Participate in team meetings school duties and performance development

- Be able to do the job as described.
- Confident in behaviour management that encourages independence and self-discipline
- Able to design differentiated lessons that meet a range of needs
