We are looking for a Sr Service Design Manager to join an exceptional team. We are looking for a Sr Service Design Manager who will:
- Lead large Managed Services or complex transformation pursuits in collaboration with the pursuit team (sales solution consulting solution engineering teams).
- Work on new business initiatives as well as expansion of existing contracted business promoting multi-product multi-year service offerings.
- Envision and communicate innovative service concepts and ideas using methods and tools that illustrate all the components and touchpoints of the service; suggesting standardization and evolution of service offerings across regions and customers and see it through to detailed design and transition across stakeholder teams processes and platforms.
- Provide the people process technology structure as an integrated service design for complex deals - incorporating input (estimates plans resource profiles risk assessments) from Product Line Teams (PLTs) and other corporate functions; consider both CSG and partner organizations in the design.
- Assess and understand a customers business process and organizational structures including their overall business model processes people and technology pain points to identify areas of optimization as work to meet the customer business objectives.
- Influence customers to shift away from a transactional product-centric relationship with CSG to more long term recurring service and platform centric relationship.
- Support detailed due diligence on any 3rd party product or service to be transferred to CSG.
- Support the commercial model finalization (through review of the consolidated cost model assistance in shaping the commercial offer in a manner that supports CSG and the Customers objectives).
- Assist with the review valuation and execution of the contract and supporting documents.
- Provide oversight and guidance for transition to delivery and/or in-life service teams after contract signature.
Key Outputs & Accountabilities
- Deliver timely accurate and complete commercial models for the proposed solutions.
- Deliver clearly documented project schedules quality requirements resource allocations risk requirements and change management to program stakeholders through Solution Design Review (SDR).
- Provide input to and occasionally own delivery of complete and accurate contract schedules for the proposed solutions.

- Management consulting and/or experience working with senior stakeholders to drive the required outcomes.
- Dynamism.
- Ability to liaise between sales delivery and in-life teams to negotiate optimal solutions.
- Sophisticated communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and gain cooperation with customers and team members where interests may be divergent.
- You will be able to show strong general management and operational skills in your background and be someone entrepreneurial in thought process highly capable and self-motivated with a desire to achieve.
- Although you will likely bring consulting operations and/or development background with significant telecommunications OSS/BSS experience (ideally in a tier 1 provider) you will also have a creative edge to your resume demonstrated through past success.
- Great arbitration and organizational skills are also necessary to excel in this role.
- Experienced in working with Systems Integrators and multiple vendors is essential.
- Understanding of financial principals and reporting.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive combined operations delivery consulting or program management experience in either large implementation/software transformation or operations outsourcing programs within a professional service or a consulting environment.
- Thorough understanding of CSG products/solutions will be an advantage.
- Program Management and ITIL accreditation will be an advantage.
- Bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
